How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Racialfired Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Racialfired Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record of what was said.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Racialfired Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@racialfired.homes and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state licensing board may be able to help.
